Why talk about edibles?

Because more and more people seem to be curious and are sampling edibles for whatever reason, however need to be educated on what they are, how to take them and what NOT to do.
I have heard some of the scary stories from people who have taken edibles and they were not funny.
Edibles may look harmless however the experience may not be great depending on how you use them.
Education and knowledge is key.

What is a safe dose.
What are the wait times.
Taken too much? What to do next.
Other cannabinoids.
What are some Basic Strain Guidelines.
THC v.s. CBD what’s the difference. You NEED to know this.
***Our speaker will also be covering how to store them safely away from children.
Meet our speaker: Jessica Austin
Jessica is the Michigan State Director of Minorities for Medical Marijuana (M4MM) a non-profit organization.
M4MM’s main focus is social reform, public policy, and health/wellness in the cannabis industry.
She is a Grand Rapids Native. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health Management.
She brings her Safety Skills to the Cannabis Industry.
She will use her experience and platform to provide educational resources that will help create opportunities for social equity applicants.
Her goal is to encourage disadvantaged communities to participate in the Cannabis Industry.
Jessica is a graduate of the Fluresh Five Accelerator program.
